Terms of Service

By accessing or using the VectorAutomate platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the VectorAutomate services.

Subject to these Terms, VectorAutomate grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business purposes in accordance with your subscription agreement.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from VectorAutomate.

You retain all rights to the data you submit to VectorAutomate. We do not claim ownership over your content, documentation, or service records.

By using the platform, you grant VectorAutomate a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the services described in your subscription agreement. This includes indexing, searching, and generating citations from your documentation.

VectorAutomate does not use your data to train AI models or improve services for other customers. Your data is isolated and processed exclusively within your tenant environment.

VectorAutomate commits to 99.9% platform availability, measured on a monthly basis. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance and do not count against availability metrics.

In the event of an SLA breach, customers are eligible for service credits as outlined in their enterprise agreement.

VectorAutomate provides AI-assisted service intelligence tools. While we enforce citation-level accuracy and closed knowledge environments, the platform is designed to assist qualified technicians — not replace professional judgment.

In no event shall VectorAutomate be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

Either party may terminate the service agreement as outlined in the subscription terms. Upon termination, VectorAutomate will provide a reasonable period to export your data before it is permanently deleted from our systems.

VectorAutomate reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
