We automatically collect certain information when you use our platform, including log data, device information, usage analytics, and performance metrics. This information helps us maintain and improve the service.

When our platform processes your service documentation, we index and reference document content to provide citation-backed responses. Your documents remain in your source systems and are not duplicated.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, send related information, and respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests.

We may use your information to send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@vectorautomate.io.

Service documentation indexed by VectorAutomate is retained according to the terms of your enterprise agreement. Audit logs are retained for a minimum of 7 years to meet compliance requirements.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, and SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure.

Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to perform their job functions. All access is logged and auditable.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. You may also have the right to restrict or object to certain processing activities.
